Materials:        Electronic Training materials are provided, except for a copy of ISO 14001:2105/ISO 9001:2015 must be provided by the participant. Participant must be able to access Word, PDF and Excel Documents for training purposes.

 

Instructor:       Tami Damian, President of Leadership Education And Development is an Exemplar Global Quality Auditor, and has been teaching and consulting in quality, environmental, and occupational/health international standards since 2001.  Ms. Damian has a Masters of Arts degree in Management.  She works in many industry specific standards and with large and small international companies.  Tami is also a Ziglar Legacy Certified Trainer, with the Zig Ziglar Corporation.

Substitutions/

Cancellations: Substitutes are allowed as long as the substitute completes the pre-course work.  Cancellations must be made 3 weeks prior to course start date with no charge.  Cancellation made after 3 weeks prior to course start date may forfeit entire course fee if the spot cannot be replaced.

 

Schedule:        Monday – Thursday 7:30 am – 7:00 pm.  This is a four-day, instructor-led REMOTE course. There are written tests on each of the competency units on days 2, 3, and 4. Days 1 and 2 will cover ISO 14001:2015 with a corresponding competency exam. Day 3 will cover management systems auditing (AU) along with a corresponding competency exam. Day 4 will cover leading management systems audit teams (TL) along with a corresponding competency exam.  Attendees can attend Day 1 – 3 for internal auditor certificate. Days 1 – 4 attendance is required for Lead Auditor certificate.

Location:        REMOTE.  This training will be conducted via WebEx.

Operating System: Windows 7 and up; or MAC OS X 10.13 and up;

High-speed internet connection (2.5 Mbps download, 3.0 Mbps upload)

Speakerphone or computer audio (VOIP). A headset is recommended for optimal audio quality

For the exam portion of the course, each attendee is required to have a computer with a webcam (a smartphone can be used if computer webcam is not functional)
